MOUETTE is seeking a Plastic Injection Mold Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

● Mold designer will train and learn under senior designer for comprehensive understanding of our entire mold design process.

● Fully design the mold for manufacturing.

● Do DFM report and Moldflow analysis.

● Participate in product trial production and solve design problems in trial production.

● Mold designer will identify any customer part issues that may cause molding issues and relay them to sales and/or customer service team with a proposed solution.

● Mold designer will prepare prints for all components with proper dimensions needed and distribute them to the appropriate department for manufacturing.

Preferred experience:

Former/current Tool room, mold maker, or CNC programmer experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

● Knowledge of the entire mold design process.

● 7+ years of demonstrable design of plastic injection molds.

● Proficiency in UG, CAD and other software.

● Able to independently complete project design and development.

● Serious and meticulous work attitude, strong ability to resist pressure, and teamwork spirit;

● Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: Estimated RMB156K - 208K a year.

Work schedule: Flexible work week, Monday – Friday. Occasional overtime.
