Mold Project Design
Design permeates every aspect from part design to manufacturing process, and designers are always ready and willing to meet customers' most challenging needs.
Processing Stage
The machine operators with strong responsibilities, then the mold components can be precise enough to meet the drawings tolerance requirements.
Quality Control
QC team is responsible for mold components dimensions, and machining shapes during and after machining.
Mold Assembly
Assembly workers are responsible for mould fitting and checking with “Tool Build Check List”, before T1 testing and complete mold shipment.
Quality Inspection
The QC team is responsible for the inspection of T1 sample size, assembly and appearance, and the inspection of batch finished products.
